Employees have 90 days from date their When Benefit is released to submit an initial reimbursement request. The When Benefit may not be released until the employee has signed their separation agreement with their employer.
The benefit remains active and reimbursable until one of the following situations occurs:
- 90 days pass since the last submitted reimbursement request
- The total amount of the benefit amount has been reimbursed.
- Employee obtains a new job an enrolls into an employer-sponsored health insurance plan.
